Video Subscriptions

Payments are due at the time of subscription. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, company checks, money orders. Payments made by check will be fully processed before enabling subscriptions. If check does not clear person or organization issuing the check will be responsible for any related fees. Monthly subscriptions are billed quarterly and ARE NOT automatically renewed.

If credit cards or personal checks funds are insufficient, the customer will be liable to chargeback on all applicable fees resulting from insufficient funds, plus a $25 handling charge.

If you would like to issue a purchase order, please note that you may qualify for Go4Cast' credit terms, in which case all fees will be due fifteen (15) days from date of Go4Cast' invoice. Any overdue amounts shall be subject to a finance charge at the rate of 1.5% per month commencing on the date such amount becomes past due, or the highest rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

Go4Cast provides state of the video courses. Attempts to copy, distribute or otherwise broadcast content to persons other than the registrant(s), will result in the termination of the customer and/or student's subscription and prosecution for copyright violation. NO refunds of any fees or expenses incurred by the customer and/or student will be made.

We also urge all customers and/or students to review the specific course requirements and prerequisites as published by Go4Cast, Apple Computer or other entities prior to subscribing to a course. The expectation is that any student registered for a specific course will meet most, if not all, of the prerequisites presented.

2. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be provided for subscriptions once account is activated, except in such case as Go4Cast, Inc. ceases the service prior to the expiration of cede subscription.

3. CONTENT: While every effort is made to deliver video courses in a timely manner, Go4Cast, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change courses, or scheduled release date at any time. In the event a video course is cancelled, all subscribers for that specific (not full courseware subscribers) course are eligible for full refund. Go4Cast, Inc., however, shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by our customers as a result of a cancellation or amendment, including.

4. DELIVERY of courseware is achieved via Internet streaming. While Go4Cast, Inc. will make best efforts to provide compatibility with mobile devices and desktop operating systems, changes to operating systems and mobile device firmware may cause delays in delivery to newer devices. Go4Cast maintains no responsibility to deliver to devices not specified in it's system requirements list.
